My pieces are handcrafted and therefore may often contain natural worked markings or blemishes. These give each piece a unique character and differ from the manufactured appearance often customers are more familiar with.

Upmost care must be taken to ensure a healthy life for pieces. Please be awear that handcrafted jewellery items need that extra special attention. Defects may be apparent due to the handmade nature of designs. Slight blemishes and colour variations will be a feature of the hand working of a piece. These add character and support the individuality of the designers hand crafting. Precious metals react to different conditions and also chemicals. It is the customers responsibilty to lookafter the piece and also to be aware of what effects can be made to pieces if care is not taken.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
